Za celou dobu provozov\u00e1n\u00ed t\u00e9to rallye tam ji\u017e zahynulo celkem 79 lid\u00ed, z toho 46 osob nebyli z\u00e1vodn\u00edci.Karel Loprais u\u017e nen\u00ed mezi n\u00e1mi, ten ale nezahynul p\u0159i z\u00e1vod\u011bn\u00ed, n\u00fdbr\u017e zem\u0159el p\u0159irozenou smrt\u00ed den p\u0159ed Silvestrem v roce 2021. M\u016f\u017eeme si jej ale p\u0159ipomenout i modelem jeho slavn\u00e9 osmsetpatn\u00e1ctky se startovn\u00edm \u010d\u00edslem 607. S n\u00edm startoval na z\u00e1vod\u011b v roce 1988, spolu s n\u00edm byli na trati Radom\u00edr Stachura a Tom\u00e1\u0161 M\u00fcck, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e se t\u00e9to pos\u00e1dce v tomto roce poda\u0159ilo zv\u00edt\u011bzit. Model auta od v\u00fdrobce DeAgostini je zhotoven v m\u011b\u0159\u00edtku 1:43 a vypad\u00e1 n\u00e1dhern\u011b. Te\u010f si v souvislosti s t\u00edm vzpom\u00edn\u00e1m, \u017ee v roce 1987 vy\u0161la v \u010dasopisu ABC mlad\u00fdch technik\u016f a p\u0159\u00edrodov\u011bdc\u016f vyst\u0159ihov\u00e1nka modelu Tatra 815 VE z t\u00e9\u017ee rallye z roku 1986. \u0160lo o v\u016fz se startovn\u00edm \u010d\u00edslem 635, jeho\u017e pos\u00e1dku tvo\u0159ili Kah\u00e1nek, Kalina a Gumulec. Autorem vyst\u0159ihov\u00e1nky byl legend\u00e1rn\u00ed tv\u016frce mnoha vyst\u0159ihov\u00e1nek Richard Vy\u0161kovsk\u00fd.
